    you need to change the roof texture, so it will look good. If you are using GMAX, then you can change it in material.

    no i can't read my description. I already put nitelite_windows on all windows, and it shows up in my render but not in game because I can't update my SC4 to 1.1.640.0

    i tried once, large building with swimming pools, but then my gmax lagging haha. Even when using software. Idk how come ati4570 can't handle it. right now im sticking to directX. I'll make a little larger building next time.

    So, yes, this is my SIXTH Building / Lot ! It is an Residential Building that suits the suburban or urban made by me named sonate COMES WITH 2 VERSION. 3x2 and 4x2 Yes! It has No Dependacies! You can find it in landmark menu. This time, I include a landmark building, AND RCI growables! Thanks to Everyone For Your Support and Progress. ~NOTES~ Please take notice that I includes nitelite for this building but it does not show up in my sc4 game because I CANT UPDATE my SimCity4 Rush Hour to 1.1.640.0 But I think it will show up if your SimCity4 Deluxe/RushHour is updated to 1.1.640.
