Defenitly a 10. I've downloaded this building. And now most of my cities now have two or three in them. You made me an enthausiastic user of the railway system. Even transit from on track onto another occurs. Good Work!!!
Parking garage that acts as a busstop sounds great. But is it convenient to be growable? Is it not going to pop up everywhere. What sort of growable is it? C$-C$$-C$$$ or something else?. Nice idea though
I'm not gonna get on about your helicopter playground. But the idea of a high-wealth hospital is good, but this one is to huge to be a realistic top-noch medical facility. (Maybe you could make a smaller Betty Ford Clinic.
Well Done! Adds much needed variaty to masstransit in my cities. I had no problems implementing your bus / sub stops. Not when starting a new network, or when i putted them in to an existing network.
