With conventional games, however, it's usually the players hosting the games with dedicated servers.     Hi, I'm Sam and I'm 15. Simy City 4 seems like a great game, but it's pretty damn deep, and my city is stuck at 60 population despite having plenty of jobs in a neighboring region(which I have a connection to), and my desirability is fine.
