I add 1 roof plane between the two telescopes, Some meshes and small spikes arrayed at both side of the building and i scale down the sign -

Yes ,Because the .dat 's of SimCity 4 (updated as SimCity 4 Vanilla) will be replaced after installation of your Rush hour

First install the EP1 update (build .638) then the nightlight patch (build 640) In EP1 update,you must choose you SKU according to your SKU_Dat Folder at the root file of your Rush Hour. You must update Rush Hour not SimCity 4 Original.Open it and you see a sub-folder "Sku# (place) (example Sku2 European)
