It could have something to do with the wealth level of the sims?? how many R$, R$$ and R$$$ do you have in your city? perhaps you dont have enough jobs for your R$$$ sims. search for it on the forums, there tons of stuff on this problem out there..

i dont realy min the mirco-managemnt of education and health, at least, when my city is small, when it gets bigger, i just max funding for healt and education. so if they start complaining i know i just need bigger buildings at the same place..

indeed sims are crazy.. still find my region attampt of playin not worth it. i got 3 cities, A, B and C . A is the largest, 60k R (40k $$ 15k $$ and 5k $) and some 45K C (most C$$$). in B there are about 5k R, no C or I. in city C, there are about 24k I jobs. No sims from city A are commuting into city C.. all the sims are going from A to B, well there are no jobs there..:S even the 700 sims i have in city C go working in city A..:S so, in this case, i hate regional play.. there are 2 highways connecting city a with c and 1 highway connecting a with b. also a and b are connected with a monorail, wich is the most used, over 7k commuters are taking it.. here is a img of it:

indeed, they are. played several years now with both cities, and the 'problem' is still there, thats just to bad, i dont realy like this regional playing much, just wished there was 1 big city.. would be a killer te load tho..

yeah well, i thougt so also, but last week, i did..

i dont know if its right here, but what the hell. i have 2 cities, A and B. i use the NAM and the job distrobution mod. City A has just 30k(more $$$ then $$ and almost none $) R, 15K C (mostly Co$$$ end Cs$$$) en some I, not much. its going great, making lots of money, now my advisors are telling me that their are not enough people in my city, i need more R. so i thouhgt, lets build a city next to it, with just R, nothing else. and city B was borne. it has now just over 9k people and also, mostly $$ and $$$. but now it come. i build a monorail between the citys, and BOEM. thing went wrong, wel, i think they did, now their are 5k sims moving from city A TO B to go to work..:S and there ar NO jobs in ciy B, only build a few C, will not be more than a 1k jobs.. so, i thought i had not enough people working in city A, but then the all move out of city A.. ?? i think it has something to do with the job distrobution mod..?? damm, long story...

NJZ = No Job Zot, those things that appear above your homes, same as those zots for no road acces.. and as far as i know, yes, HT-I = I$$$

well, that would be great, so, some1 else up for it?? or is it uhm, easy?

issnt their a way to get a buliding to display a red 'warning msg' everey x min or so? that would help
