I wanted to tag on a related question: what would be the equivalent of an above ground but not elevated metro line? It shouldn't be light rail or at-grade the way GLR is, so what would you use? Regular rail?

Hi, first time post. Since installing the latest NAM some of my older cities have been doing crazy things. The entire population gets a no job zot, and they all move out at once. They then slowly start to rebuild, only to move out shortly after. I recently switched to simulation Z when I installed the latest NAM. Cities I've built on the same region afterwords don't have this problem, so maybe changing simulators has something to do with it? Thanks for any help.
