Downloading the Vehicle_Props-V3.dat file fixed the brown box problem with the funeral scene. I was unable to locate it on the STEX, but I found it on the following site: http://www.gizmo.lunarpages.com/. It is under Mod Downloads: Vehicle Props. You have to register on the site, but it's free.
I too get a brown box with the funeral scene. I'm currently searching for the vehicle_props_v3 file listed in the readme (thinking this may be the problem). The rest of the package is beautiful.
