    I reallize that this is quite a long time late. However I had the same problem long ago and it was caused because I had THL_Realistic_Civic_Mod and Nexis Mini Utilities in my plugins. They duplicate some of the same lots and as such are known to be incompatable.

    Wow, this corrupted archive was uploaded in 2005 and no one has replaced it in three years.
