  1. Why am I asking all these dumb questions? The capital of Arkansas is Little Rock. I do know, however, that is a LONG distance from where I live. And I'm pretty close realitivly.

  5. In Washington D.C., the capital of the US, the Washington Monument is, by law, the tallest building in the city.
  6. It should be okay... ...if you never play with plugins. I have a G400 with 32MB and it bogs with plugins quickly. It's really, really annoying after a while.

  8. It may be a growable only. i.e. The right conditions have to occur for it to grow. Funny, I just searched the STEX and indeed the description says there's a CO§§§ Ploppable and a Landmark variant. Where did you install the files to? They should go in the "...My Documents\Simcity 4\Plugins" if you have Windows. Edit: Is it possible that you deleted necessary files by mistake? Like the two lot-files.

    Ummm... "create exception" is a cheat that basically crashes the game. And anyway, even if you could somehow unlock the camera(not possible) everything would look horrible because most buildings are simply textured cubes(with the texturing corrspeonding to the angle.)

    That looks like a place where you keep your door locked at night... ...if the government ever gave you a lock, of course... The tram network is very orginial though. Specifically the one in the fifth image of the mosaic. The tower block in #6 does not look like a nice place to live! I like the sidewalk triangles at the intersections, and the triangle tree planters in the #8 and 9th pictures is orginal too. Their's an awful lot of traffic in those small apartment (read slum ) complexes for whatever reason. Is nearly everything in that scene custom-lotted?

    *Makes note to go Japanese BAT hunting* Offices, terminal, land areas, hotel, tree pit. Notice that tram-road. This is the above-ground access. Most people will be coming from underground trains. Night view of terminal. Zoomed out view including fuel processing area. Sorry about the lack of ships! I can't find any non-warships that look any good.

    Simcity 4.cfg is a human-readable text file. Make sure there is a space between switches and the last quotation mark in the path.
  16. They are in the "My Documents\Simcity 4\Regions" folder. Just copy and paste them somewhere else (portable media preferred)

    \thread I've never had any really serious fires. Their mostly annoying, but not very distructive. Many I should try what sam did sometime.

    Make sure your City Detail (Graphics Options) is set to high. Trust me, it's quite easy to overlook.

    Custom buildings are only supported in Rushhour. The current marking system on the STEX may not have existed when the building was uploaded.
