I've had someone else report the same problem yesterday, but other people haven't had any problems in the same time period, if you were trying to setup a L1 Account try doing a L2 or vice versa otherwise I'll do the same thing for you as I did for the other person and that's manually set you up with an account using your user name and fake details for the rest which you will have to change once you login ... let me know what you want me to do.
