    well done for showing how useless the stex rating sytem is cos this aint the first peice of garbage to get a high rating

    I fully agree with the comment above. Your previous parks and plazas were well designed, but let down by the poor quality of flowers and shrubs. This I hope is the first of some truly magnificent designs.
