    Ok...i don't know what im doing wrong. When I open simcity_1.dat, there is no plus sign.

    ok, well when I load the file and go to the analizer tree. but ordinance doesn't have a plus beside it.

    im having a bit of trouble.. i can't find any file named simcity_1.dat.
