Ok I downloaded a Map off of stex becuase the priview look great and wanted to expierment.. When I rendered it it loaded wrong(underwater) so I tried loading it again but the same thing happened.. Part of the map is underwater not like the priview.. the rendered map only shows the top elevations... Ok ever since i bought sim city 4 deluxe edition and started playing it always prompeted for me to insert disc 2 or the game disc when the disc gets running it makes a funny noise so i tried to see if it was the drive and it with other discs and no noises came out.. then i tried to make a copy of disc 2 but when i tried to play the game it said insirt game disc and there was already a copy disc inside... anyone know how to fix this?? is the disc faulty?? can i make a copy disc or make the game run with no disc?? someone please help me...

I cleaned it and everything.. and it has noscratches no nothing it just makes a wierd noise when it starts to spin..

wow you guess have them fancy video cards and everything and the game lags... I have a Gateway Laptop and it runs excellent.. I created a with the greyscale, region that was like 36x36(config) and it loaded it about 30 minutes.. and my computer specs.. Intel Core Dou 1.83 Ghz 1 gig Ram 100 Gb Harddrive Ati Redoen x1400 Video Card Btw that game only lags a bit when I have my battery life to balanced but when in high performance it does not lag.. -
When I press the ctrl+alt+shift+r together to create a region from a a greyscale image nothing happens after i click the image.. my config is 6x5 ([https://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w256/monkymon09/config-1.jpg) and my grayscale image is 385x321 (https://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w256/monkymon09/DowntownKC.jpg) btw I just blew up the config image the real config image is here https://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w256/monkymon09/config.jpg anyone knows what is going on??? or of any application i can use as a second route?

I have alot of residential buildings that are abandoned.. BTW they are powered, have water, have high desireabilty, work is near by and traffic is good..
