  1. That one is in my hometown. What's more, it's a... theatre. Bunker outside, culture inside. And they built it just 3 years ago.
  2. I posted the symptoms in atachment. Not really a problematic bug, but sice it happened for the first time, it's worth posting. Found on "Ice Cream Delivery" mission, right after hitting a purple cabrio, which had mysteriously stopped in the middle of an empty road when I was following it. It... it's literally a hot (and how courageous) ride!
  3. We can't demand a new SimCity from Maxis/EA, because it doesn't give huge profits. They are so hungry for money, that they'd paint all their games pink and woud throw yellow rabbits in, if it'd give more revenue.
  4. Why did Maxis abandon SC?

But on which consumer group did they concentrate when making SCS? For me, this game looks like, erm, computer interpretation of one square kilometer dollhouse. Who plays these candy games if not these pink, 9-year-old princesses? I don't like these games where there's no other action than "hooray, let's play, no worries, this is Candyland". I'm scared that the next SC will have candy roads, pony farms and pink dollhouses, maybe the SC will rename into "Barbie's Magical Candy Land" I'd say: Let's make OUR city sim! I bet there are people capable of realising the project somewhere out there. And don't point me at LinCity - this game has climate that reminds me of graveyard, or something as sad and creepy like that BTW. I saw a commercial of European infrastructure funds on TV, featuring an animation of city-building game alike, played by a woman. She had only to click 3 buttons with "Road infrastructure", "Buildings" and "Mass Transit" written on them. After each click the map began to fill up with these foundations. Whole game lasted for about 10 seconds, after that a blue "Mission accomplished" box popped out. So don't panic, nobody will produce worse city sim than European Union
  5. After I changed Radeon 9000 64MB to Geforce 6200 256MB (71.84 drivers) I expected some weird graphic problems in the game (Deluxe edition). The terrain and parts of buildings turn red, but not in all. While building, there are no arrows showing rotation and the blue 'board' under the building also disappeared. I changed the card becase SC4 isn't compatible with ATI cards (moving camera). Rest of hardware is: Athlon 1000@1450Mhz, 512MB of SDRAM 133Mhz, 40 GBytes of Samsung hard disk, Creative SB 128 sound card and 300 watt power spply. Hope someone will know, how to solve that problem.
