This is hopefully a more realistic looking passenger train station. This lot has the same properties as the regular train station. You can place it on top of a straight rail line or place it separately and connect the rail to the appropriate textures on the lot. I believe that this lot will work only with RH. ***I would like to thank redlotus for his help in making this lot function properly***

This is Ingebretson Place from SimCity 4. It's based on the long demolished Savoy-Plaza Hotel in New York City. Before you say it looks nothing like it, take a closer look and you will find similarities that are more than just coincidences: The balconies are in the same places. The wings of the buildings have 3 columns each of single windows with the same rustication pattern. The parapets/balusters on top of each setback. The windows on the left and right sides of the top floors (skinny window - wide window - skinny window) So it looks Maxis used the Savoy-Plaza Hotel as a starting point and made some modifications like removing the mansard roof and adding another setback with a pool in the middle of the top floors.

This is a rental apartment based on a building in the Bronx. It believe it is built in the tudor style; out of all of the 6 story apartment buildings where I live, the ones done in this style are my favorite. It houses 200 R$ sims and is a 2X2. It grows on medium and high density lots.

Hmmm... I could be wrong, but I wonder if Ryan Apartments from the New York tileset in SimCity 4 is a loosely based rendition of the New Yorker Hotel in New York. The setback style on the front facade is very similar with a few minor differences. The window placements also seem to match for the most part. And even though the side facade on the Maxis version has only one protrusion, it looks like a collapsed version of the three from the real building. What do you think?

Low Wealth Small Shops This is a set of four 1x2 Cs$ lots that represent typical stores one may find in a lower wealth or working class neighborhood. These four lots have the same architectural theme, but are slightly different. They are a representation of the pre-World War II architectural style that was popular in the area around New York City for these types of buildings and the way they appear now (ex- aging, various alterations, etc). Two of the lots are intended to grow on corners and two of the lots go in between to fill up one city block as shown in the pictures. The following is a description of each lot (from the left corner to the right). All stores and names are fictional, but are based on real places. Each lot is arranged in its own folder so you can keep the ones you want and delete the ones you don’t want. Pete’s Corner Produce – Consists of a fresh produce store (“Pete’s Corner Produce”) and a 99 cent store (“99₵ Discount Store”). Mi Pueblo Deli and Grocery – Consists of a nail salon (“Cindy’s Nail Salon”) and a Mexican deli (“Mi Pueblo Deli and Grocery”). Soapy Suds Laundromat – Consists of a laundromat with a kiddie ride out front (“Soapy Suds Laundromat”) and a bar, possibly a 2 dollar dance or bailarina bar (“La Estrella Bar”). Lucky Wok Take Out – Consists of an Italian Bakery (“Giovanni’s Bakery”) and a Chinese Take-Out restaurant (“Lucky Wok Take Out”). All of the lots have the following stats: Building Type: Cs-$ Growable Building Stage: 4 (will grow on Medium and High density) Lot Size: 1x2 (two of the lots will only grow on corners) Pollution at center: 3, 2, 5, 0 (air, water, garbage, radiation) Pollution radii: 3, 4, 0, 0 (air, water, garbage, radiation) Flammability: 40 MaxFireStage: 3 Power Consumed: 2 Water Consumed: 7 Tilesets: New York Building Value: 227 Capacity Satisfied: Cs-$ - 38 File Creator: Don Miguel Dependencies: None

Use this as a walkway along your riverfront. Before you place this, please terraform so that the land is straight and level, and leave a cliff to the ocean. Basically, use the same technique as Pegasus' canals, only on one side. This set consists of 4 lots*: One 1x3 entrance, One 1x1 walkway, and Two 1x1 endpieces *Brownstones and other buildings shown in screenshot are not included. These lots cost $40 each to plop, $10 to maintain, and $5 to bulldoze.

This one might be a bit of a stretch, but these are the Treptow Twin Towers in Berlin. Built in the 90's before the game game out. I wonder if they're the inspiration for these buildings: Colin Condos and Bilyk Tower.
