If this is a picture of your Plugins folder, it appears you have copies of the NAM installer (and several other installers) sitting in there--you need to run the installers to install the mods, as just dropping the installer in there will not add the features and will just slow down the game.

It also appears there are multiple NAM version installers among there.  You can only have one version installed at a time, and only the most recent one (presently NAM 40, released April 1st) is eligible for technical support.  I would recommend deleting all four of the folders beginning with "Network Addon Mod" or "NetworkAddonMod", then going back and running the NAM installer, as outlined in the file description (and in the documentation).

I downloaded the following files but it seems that is included just the NetworkAddonMod_Setup_Version40.jar (Mac) and not the .bat one (I have Windows).

How can I find the right one (I search for it in the site but...)

It looks like your copy of Windows is currently set up to hide the extension on most files, including normal executable files (which includes .bat files).  The "NetworkAddonMod_Setup_Version40" file without the extension that's above the .jar file should be the .bat file (it also says "File batch Windows" in the "Tipo"/"Type" column).

It looks like you currently have the folder with the installer extracted into your Plugins folder right now, so as soon as you install NAM 40 and get the "Network Addon Mod" folder from it, I'd recommend deleting that folder, as otherwise, it's just going to slow down your game (the game will attempt to load any file in the Plugins folder and see if it's something it can use).
