    I guess it's a me too thing. 8/31/2003
  2. outdoorsman03, that is one beautiful building. Looks like an archology from sc2k
  3. Official BAT Request Thread

Is anyone doing Chartres, Reims, and Amiens Cathedral? These are arguably the best of the French Gothic cathedrals.

Seagram Building, NY 375 PARK AVENUE by Ludwig Mies Van der Rohe and Philip Johnson A true classic. http://www.thecityreview.com/park375.html http://www.etsu.edu/philos/classes/rk/postmodern/htmdescriptionpages/seagram.htm
  5. Roadside Subway Station

Dstirling, the lot works great, but it is missing a prop. The dreaded brown box comes up. There's nothing to indicate required prop packs (but I've got them all, yes, every one from the exchange). any ideas?
  6. how about some soybeans? There's alot of them grown for chicken feed (and edamame, if you have international tastes). What about taro (aka kalo) farms (aka loi, pronounced low-ee)? I think the farms we've seen thus far are superb. I'd love to see more in the way of livestock.

Even without the story and features, it's a nice lot! I never though we'd see the greast pumkin. Great job. And yes, it was Linus in the pumkin patch, so let that go. It detracts nothing from the fun-ness of this lot.
  8. Old Church

This is the best church lot I've seen yet. Let's see more!
  9. A little tutorial on roundabouts

I feel bad for the guy who gets stuck in the center lane! But could that create a bad situation, or does the simulator ignore it?
  10. Bay of Dascos

Beautiful. Difficult, but not impossible, to build on; enough plains for serious cities, and enough hills for good empty, undeveloped areas. Sometimes it's too easy to think you have to develop the whole map. The config.bmp is VERY WELL DONE.
  11. Chesapeake Bay

Top notch. Thank you for this map. I love the region. Too bad they don't have an industrial building for the crabbing and oyster industry. And poultry too!
