St. Marie : Urban Renewal - Industry & Transports

The industry urban mess and the lack of connections between St. Marie and west cities demanded urgent improvements. New transportation links improved the connection between cities, also bringing goods for St. Marie seaport.
East industrial district now looks better and greener.

Industrial complex at west industrial district :

Giving a "new look" to industrial districts attracted great companies. Now, next to the seaport, St. Marie holds a big software company which brought jobs and cash to the city.

Also the seaport went through a renovation. Expanding the seaport made the capacity of exporting/importing good increase. Good for the local economy.

For the railway system, first infra-stractural work was needed. Underground passes were built, tracks fixed and the big tunnel that makes the east-west connection went through some rebuilding.

And, most important, the passenger station. Now, city has several stations, giving the habitants the opportunity to make faster and safer trips through the region. Note that the railway is expanding to connect other cities to the capital.
