Alot of growth has spurted in Zukuraai. Skyscrapers, hotels, Condos... Its growing fast, and is actualy growing up, faster than it is growing out.

img0020sv.jpg

A city Hall was newly built. The old one is now the capitol building for the Zukuraai Kingdom.

Phase one of the SFR Condos have been recently completed. The 8 buildings house outsorced workers for Port Fushan, and many other atractions in Zukuraai. Phase two has started to the north of the originals, (right), And will house even more workers.

The Ahajk Beach is Zukuraai's first well maintained beach. Other beaches are used by private fishermens docks and trash dumps. This one is reserved for sunbathers and swimming.

The Pearl Hotel is a new luxury hotel which opened in Zukuraai. 2,000 rooms, and 20 presidential suits. The largest current hotel in the Gansbaai Kingdoms.

The Fushan Quss Oil Co. Headquarters building was recently finished. Along with it the central road through Zukuraai was linked, at the expense of a few buildings.

Al Adjidaai Strip is a massive new development in Zukuraai. Along it many skyscrapers are under construction.

I love Your CJ, but there is one little problem: All Your written stuff is cutted on the right side, the end of the last words is always invisible .
Apart from that I must say: Great, great, great! So awful realistic, I hope, the people of Gaansbai will protect the buildings around the old church of Zukuraai, it´s a wonderful old centrum, something they should save for future generations . Could be also a touristic attraction. The first picture
Then I have a question: these "silvergreen" trees (pic two in the foreground for example), they look a little bit like simfox-trees, but they aren´t, right?
And before You ask: I´ve made first jpg´s of my region, one step forward! It was totally easy! But my region is only one big construction site, and I´m afraid to dissapoint, when I show. I see what people like You do, and then...  I learn a lot by looking the CJ´s here and wherever I find some, and I love the quality of work I see. Cause of that I began to "play" again, the end of this silly simcity-game and the beginning of a more realistic simulation. I´m a real rookie, it´s my first ambitious try, and so i need time. But my CJ will come, for sure!
with best wishes to Gaansbai, cf

Extremely realistic shots!

The waterfront is extraordinary, as well as the landscape of the area.

I will definitely keep my eye on this!

Love images 7, 8, and 9, with all the construction going on, and the finished road-system, without "filler" (like parks and stuff). Looks a really good, realistic, developing city.

976 & Treason40:
thank you both!

eufl: You have to scrol the page to see the rest.  I think it depends on what resolution your computer is at. Mine is 800x600, so I have to. I think people with bigger moniters can see the whole pic without moving it.

I think I know the trees your talkin about, and they are Simfoxes.

These are the 2 files for them- https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=20411
