Shozhod-- Capital of Bordav

Shozhod--the capital of Bordav and the largest city in Syldav Island--is located near the east coast of the island. The city grew into its wealth in the 1800s as the manufacturing hub of Syldav Island.

William Gwin, the first President of Bordav, built the Parliament in 1867.

Shozhod's urban core in 1986. (Gah! a zot. Will replace this pic soon!)

The plaza in front of the Parliament.

Departmental buildings in Shozhod.

At the base of the plaza is the National Opera House.

The National Archives sit above the river that flows through downtown.

Shozhod Central Hospital was built in 1886. The facility was privatized in 1917.

Sports are extremely popular in Bordav. The stadium to the right houses baseball, football, and soccer, while the dome houses basketball, hockey, and major tennis events.

Hope you enjoyed this first "real" update from Bordav.

Up next...

....we have the "Department of the Combined Armed Forces," a "secret" jail, and more!

Nice work! I like all the plazas and government buildings.

Are you planning on doing something with that riverfront? A big development or even a park would be cool!

Anyway, cant wait for more!

Great job! I've had to look carefully for the zot to find it... I guess the Central Hospital is lotted by you, have you thought uploading it to the STEX? It's really nice!

The stadium you are looking for is the Seoul World Cup Stadium. This, below, is a link to a crappy version. I couldn't find the good one on the STEX, and it may be on the SC4 website.
