stoney525: Thank you! That is the Winchester City hall, a bit elaborate, I know. This was originally supposed to be set in central Europe, but then I changed it to Delaware because thats where the region actually is! It is found on the LEX and is called Hungarian Parlaiment.

I found it on the LEX at SC4D, just type it in to the custom search they just put in.
