Developing Cindersville

Simmer2: That sounds great! It will be useful for any future industrial projects I have with SC4. And thanks a lot for the content you churn out- it's made a difference to my rural areas and industrial areas. Thank you.
Scribosilyn: Thanks! I lay out the major roads and then build from there... But it's taken a while to get right! And a lot of practice, concentration and thinking...
Entry 29: Developing Cindersville
This is a small update on Cindersville, this is a new project and one where I'm brushing up on my skills to create realistic cities on slopes and in valleys.
1.
I've already developed this much further but that's for a later entry!
2.
This is a smaller city and it is a mid-rise city too.
3.
Each city block takes between 15 minutes to an hour to build!
4.
The reason it takes longer to finish off a city block is the infilling- car parks, trees, parks or something else?
5.
The biggest fun is working those slopes...
6.
And it's the slopes which really bring out the best of the Sudden Valley terrain mod.
7.
Squeezing the dregs from the roundabout aesthetics...
This is a smaller entry but it's new stuff and new building methods I'm working on.
Now then... This Tuesday or Wednesday I'll be posting the next entry and this will be from Pololomia and the southern part of its city centre.
See you then and thanks again for the comments and the likes!
