Near North Side
Following the presentation of the neighbourhoods of North Downtown and South Downtown, the municipality of Medrean City is more than happy to welcome you in Near North Side, a mainly residential neighbourhood that is situated between the northwestern section of the Central Business District and Union park, one of the most extended urban park of the city. Considered as a well-off residential area, Near North Side is well known for its high real estate prices, especially for the apartments situated near Omega avenue and Union park. The district also has the reputation of being home to many Medrean City's cultural institutions such as the Federation library, Omega theatre and the ethnographic museum.
One particularity of this neighbourhood is its urban planning legislation that limit the height of the buildings in order to preserve its historical atmosphere.
