Medium density R$$$ if given a ritzy backyard

Medium density R$$ if using default colors and grungier textures (on the 4x3 lot)

Boutique (high wealth, low density, L3 commercial) with changed props and added billboard

Low density office with lawn chairs switched out for picnic tables and sign with corporate logo right in front of the space between the forward-right bushes (probably with a small rectangular fountain or reflecting pond in front of the sign)

Much better looking than the smaller one. A bit more garden would be great for this one. Could use a more interesting illumination map, but it's not the worst out there.

5) Suggestions for improvement: I didn't expect to ever say this about CO's modern homes, but I actually kinda like this one with the improved colours. Even the illumination map is ok! I can't think of anything that's in desperate need of correction in this asset's current state.
