Bunga Bungalow - L1 3x2 Detached04 (#1)

Default Colour Variations & Illumination

The colour variation affects the roof and the foundation of the building. I wonder why the chose violet and blue :???:

Improved Colour Variations

The big problem is that the base roof texture is so dark. There is not much we can do about it without modifying the texture, other than fixing that violet and blue roofs.

There need to be some kind of coordination for lighting/LUD settings. I've noticed that my assets look bright on my screen, but much darker in others screen grabs.

I am using very specific settings (fixed longitude, latitude, time, orientation, LUT). I will soon publish the map, the settings and the required mods.

  • Architecture & Proportions: 6 (I mean for that "kind" of building, it is ok. Looks like a starter home in "The Sims")
  • Colour (with vanilla colour variations): 6
  • Colour (improved colour variations): 6
  • Color (improved textures & color variations): 8
  • Illumination: 7
  • Model & Texture Quality: 7
  • Decoration (props & trees): 3
  • Overall Rating: 7 (That is one of the vanilla I keep in my custom building theme because I think it fits good.)

  • Replace garage door with second entrance (for apartment B), remove satellite dish, replace flower pot with garbage can, replace sand pit with clothes line or BBQ stand, replace grass with gravel, make dirtier or more worn down textures

Suggestion 2:

  • Zone Type: Residential
  • Name: Suburban Bungalow
  • Wealth Level: $$ (middle class)
  • Density: 1
  • Household Count: 1
  • Ideal lot size: 4x6 or 3x8
  • Replace garage door with normal wall, add detached garage prop, add middle-class back yard, give front lawn with white picket fence
