 But of course!  I've submitted the permit application to the city commerce divion and its approved!   Will have a crew prep the property and post a pic as soon as it is ready!?!Thanks Jmsepe for bringing a sweets shoppe to Peyton!

Whoops! I guess it's time for a real restaurant from Teiko to open in this place. How about Baumeister Chocolates?

It's not Baika, it's BEIKA. :D

 

LOL you saw the latest slide presentation?  What the Baikan name in plural and i will change it .  You know, like Teiko is teikonian, is it Beikonian?

 

 

Nope, Beika is just a prefecture (region) of Teiko but for local demonyn people from Beika is called Beikanese. Learn from here.
