Great update! :D I really love the feel, I'd only say that plaza is really empty.. often big plazas like that, try to recreate a pattern, but it's good nonetheless :)

i like the sunken Railway.

I concur with the above statements. 

 

The sunken rail is really nice, however the plaza is a bit barren. Besides creating a pattern with the tiles, you might want to look into some People MMPs to give some life/activity to the square. That is, if you're able to put MMPs on those tiles.

I actually like the empty plaza. It seems like a great place for the Sovyyians to arrange gatherings and other public activities :D

That is cool,  the square in the 1st mosaic is real nice

The city is really empty, also, the lack of privately owned cars and the amount of buses (picture 4) makes it seem like some hardcore socialist country, like N Korea or Transnistria.
