Thanks for the comments guys. Spandau is ready, so let's make a city tour.

Let's have a look at the new industrial zone. Here we can find sophisticated industries that product anything we wish, from prefab homes to artificial intelligent cars. Those factories use mostly robots for the tasks and doesn't disturb the environment. So don't be surprised if you found deer walking around the factories.

I prefer to cover the undeveloped zones by grass, trees or anything else, instead of just hiding them by cheating.

In industrial zone we'll also find the geothermal power plant and the recycling centre.

Let's go now to the town. The main road had elevated, in order to let the animals walking around the forest without getting run over by the cars. The railroad was removed, but I build subway rails to connect the town with the industrial zone.

Time for a detailed city tour. The schools of New Earth doesn't just teach knowledges to the children, but teach them to be thinkers and not followers.

Thanks to the Memory Banks, that synthesize new Sims and stores the "deads", Simkind may never count again death. The Memory Banks creates bodies for the Sims to live in and stores their minds in its memory at the end of their lives. At any time, only a small number of the Sims are actually living on New Earth, while the rest are retained in the computer's memory banks. Thanks to this technology, that may come on Earth sooner than you may think, Death is dead :thumb:

I don't know if religions will still exist in the future, but I think that the need for believing in something better will still exist. Oh well, whatever makes you feel stronger.

And finally a small heliport close to the commercial zone.

Outside Spandau we'll find a huge beautiful forest, with a small mobile settlement made by nomads, animals wandering around, flowers and a large lake with an astronomical observatory close to it. Fell free to explore the forest, just be careful with the predators.
