Um, really interesting CJ so far. Been following it for awhile, but never commented (I've got chronic lurker syndrome).

 

The pics are nice, and the last video was neat (what movie was that from?). Someone caught wind of your video here though, and I can't watch it due to copyright reasons. Maybe host it somewhere else or upload a new video?

Where's the game play? All I see is pictures! This barely counts a City Journal. There's no city.

Well, firstly, to qualify as a CJ it only has to incorporate pics from Sim City 4 (or CitiesXL, or SC2013, but you get the idea. Also, alien worlds should have been an indication that there would be very little direct city building here, and since when was a CJ not made up of whole bunches of pictures anyway?

 

Besides, it's not like there are other CJs here which are even less focused on the city/building aspect. I have a feeling most of the pictures in this CJ are largely unmolested save for the obvious Photoshopping (correct me if I'm wrong).

 

You know, if you don't like it, you don't have to read it. Constructive criticism would be nice, too, considering how much work it probably takes to make a non-city-based CJ.

I signed up for this, though, and so far the only complaint I have is that the updates are too few and far between for my liking, but it's not like that is going to change.
