Hello and welcome back to New Simtown county

Today I want to show you one of my favourite areas under development: the "North Simopolis federal area". This area, with North Simopolis as a capital, is the northern part of the up coming megalopolis of New Simopolis. At the time I write the city has a population of around 650.000 inhabitants and there's still a lot of place to build !

The city was founded at the beginning of 2013 and due to the massive immigration and installation of industry parks the city is very large. Even if there's a lot of industries, we have an unemployment rate of about 10% wich is rather high.

Great job!  Question - where did you find the file that looks like Moscow University?  You call it Jean Rochefort University in section e.

A very nice city. ^^ My favorite pics are the art deco downtown (the effect fits the picture perfectly , the EH-5 suburb and the last one. The others are really nice too.

You are showing signs of improvement... Keep going!

My advie to you is to make the city more realistic. Even NYC dosen't have such massive clusters of towers. About the french corner: A nice BAT selection, but try to blend it with it's surroundings so it won't look so alien to the neighboring american-style buildings...

Also, try to download more civic and park BATs from the stex or wherever you like. It does make a difference.

(You don't have to be realistic, but if you do, I hope I helped a bit)

I agree with grstudios - the CJ is developing wonderfully but this particular city centre, I find, doesn't have much in the way of character. I found myself thinking that the city looked closer to a stale concrete jungle than a place where people live. Sprucing the surroundings of the buildings with parks, trees, plazas, fountains, even parking lots could help make the city look more livable.

That aside, great work thus far. I am really enjoying watching the development.
