Quite and improvement from your old stuff! My only concern is the trees on the seawalls...I can tell they're from the tree replacement mod _marsh_ made, but they seem a little too big and 'sharp' for a CBD. It's your city, though.

Cool City! Looks similar to the building style I used when I still played with SC4. I play CXL now because SC4 became unplayable with all the mods I had. Anyways its awesome!
