Hi, cmdp123789. As ggamgus wrote, the +10 shows the 10 CJs that are just outside the Top Ten, so basically they would be in positions 11-20.
Hi, Blakeway. I responded last week. There are some CJs that will sill fall on the Top Ten or the +10 even though they are inactive in a week (no updates and no replies) if they had a huge score the week before. It's just a part of how the formula works, and I apply it fairly to all CJs.
Hi, TekindusT. Thanks for the discussion last week. I do remember a time when your CJ kept Royal Gansbaai Kingdoms off the number one spot for many weeks, even when it was active.

Ben's Top Ten
I only knew one thing going into this week's Top Ten... that there would be a new number one. Congratulations to Dragon Islands Cities as it returns to the top spot. Republic of Insulo is a high returner at 2, and there are two new CJs: Kingdom of Laconia at 4 and The City of Madison at 10.
