Welcome to TOKYO 4.0.

In this update I would like to present to you all a region update and the second major expansion of the map. (Click on the pictures for full size)

In this major expansion you can see that the map has been expanded towards the East (right of pic), and you can begin to get a better view of the circular routes that go around Tokyo.

Although not much has been done in terms of rivers or trees, the major green spots in Tokyo such as Shinjuku Gyoen and Akasaka Palace are visible even in this shrinked view.

The dark area, or in the transport map large areas of just road are where water for the bay will be plopped. Plopped, because its simply easier that way.

Hope you all like this update.

The limits of the city have now been relatively well defined. There will be no more expansions towards the East (right of pic) in terms of adding new city tiles.

The city limits to the south (bottom of pic) have also been met, therefore there will be no more additions of tiles to below the current most southern large city tile.

The North and West are areas where city tiles will most likely be added in the near future.

I'm a long looong time lurker, 2nd time poster here (hehe), and I've been looking through the pages and pages you have of Tokyo. I just have to say, this is by far one of the most amazing and inspirational projects i've seen on here... its crazy. Please, please keep it up, and if you get bored try modeling another city, Singapore, Hong Kong, the greater Seattle area, you name it.

tim.12.game: thank you to you too

TekindusT: oh ya its really big, I need to do something about the plugin folder though, I added some unnecessary things for my other CJ thats screwing things up.

xbrucex: nice to hear from you again. Thanks for the compliment, you are too kind. I've always wanted to do a North American city, I'm might make some enemies here by saying this, but they look easy, lol.

Eldaldo: Thanks, I remember when I started this I thought to myself, I'll be done in a few months if I don't do anything else, that never works

Samerton: Thanks, I think so myself

Divania: thanks

jj88: always nice to hear from you, thanks for the compliment
