I have a request that I have many times requested before.I'm not sure if its just that nobody is interested or if its not possible to do.
Could someone make a new functioning car ferry terminal that would have 1.Dual births 2.A cafe 3.a holding area 4.shops 5.passanger terminal with a skybridge leading to the ferries,and if possible new ferries like those in B.C.(for example the Spirit of Brithish Columbia.)I Really would like this if anyone is willing to take on such a much needed product...Please,please,please....oh yea...Please.

Well, I'm working on a couple of different things right now & I was wondering if anyone could help me out with some new buildings.

1. I was hoping someone could make a clubhouse. I'm from the suburbs & a good portion of the middle & upper class neighborhoods have clubhouses. These are typically upscale looking buildings, not overly large, and full of amenities like pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, etc. It wouldn't need more than one or two of these, of course. I'm trying to build a nice, secluded neighborhood & this would fit in perfectly. I was thinking something along the lines of a 4x4 park would work.

2. I'm also working on a rural city & I noticed one important business that is left out of SimCity 4: a Mobile Home Dealer. I realize that there won't be any mobile homes in the city, but that doesn't bother me. I figured that this could be like 4x3 (approximately) and it should probably be a CS$ or CS$$. Also, if any one feels the desire to create some mobile home lots for more realistic rural communities, it would be appreciated, too.

I hope that these won't pose too much trouble for all you talented BAT-ters out there, so please post your thoughts. Thanks for your help on this.

What about a weather station? Need not be animated so far. A valley and a mountain version. That would be GREEEAAT for me (I am a weather freak , that's because I'm working on climate mods)

And a meteorological and climate research institute (working as high school).

PLEEEASE

I will search some pictures of what I mean to make it easier for people who don't know how a weather station looks.

I'm not able to make that detailed things with the BAT that's beacause I ask you.

What's up with that? Where are the hungry middle-class workers going to eat lunch??? Sure, we've got McDonalds, Hooters, Hard Rock Cafe... but! but! but!

Seriously... How about it? Not only 1x1 Cs$, but perhaps 1x2 and 1x3 Cs$, and 2x2 Cs$ as well!

Some suggested names -- Jade Pagoda, Sechecuan (sp?) Panda, Wok N Roll. Yes, these are my favorites around this area ;-)
