I would like to know if anyone would like to take on the challenge of making the Phoenix Municipal Building.  I would greatly appreciate it since I know nothing about how to use the BAT program.

Thanks!17.gif

I am currently hoping to rebuild a replica of baltimore so i would love to see some of the big landmarks of the baltimore skyline and area. Here are some of my major requests:

Baltimore_skyline_3.jpg
Baltimore Aquarium (seen in the first page of this thread not visible in this picture though), baltimore trade center (the tall tan colored building sitting all the way to the right), legg mason building (has the metal cross bars sitting at the top of it and its located 2nd tall building from the left)

bromo_08.jpg
This is the bromo-seltzer tower. This is an extremely important building to the city I think since it was created back in 1911 and was probably one of the first tall structures.

domino.jpg
The old domino sugar factory.

5-6145.jpg
And last but not least camden yards.

I know it sounds like alot but if anyone could do even 1 like the trade center it would certainly give it a baltimore feel. Thanks.

This is my first BAT request here, and I'm really hoping someone will create this. It would be a great small addition to the game.

I'd like to see a lot set for building walled and gated communities. Maybe something with a cast iron fence that can be built around an entire community with a gatehouse that can be plopped beside an entrance road. There are alot of these here in Charlotte, NC, but so far, I haven't been able to find anything on the STEX that would allow me to build these.

Thanks to all of the BATTer's for so much great content!

Someone should start on this building right away.New York Sim City depends on it!

The 1,776-foot-high Freedom Tower will be constructed on the site of the destroyed World Trade Center, and is scheduled to be completed in 2009

How about One First National Center in Omaha, NE. It is the tallest building between Minnieapolis and Denver. The building is 634 feet.

Here is a site for more pictures

http://www.eomaha.com/gallery/buildings/11/

I hope that someone will try and BAT this. I would myself, but I never got GMax to work on my computer.

chicago 1890 buildings

I've noticed a big lack of them. the mininum size around the west and co. or the goldman building, and the tallest being reamone plaza. It would be nice if they where commercial services, I suppose it's unrealistic, but i'm sick of everything but my CO$$$ being high, and having the same buildings in the downtowns...

I think there are already enough houston 1990 styled buildings in the stex 29.gif

Request to build the largest seaport of the world.

Port of Rotterdam
**Gateway to Europe**

Rotterdam, The Netherlands, has always been a port city. Situated near deep water, easily accessible from both the North Sea and from inland, it was in a perfect position to become the largest port in the world. And that is what happened. When we talk about the Port of Rotterdam we don't mean a single harbor. Instead, the term has come to encompass the whole range of harbor complexes, from those in the city itself right up to the coast. The harbors in the city (the largest of which are the Rijnhaven, Maashaven, Waalhaven and Eemhaven, though there are many more) are the older ones, and they service the smaller ships. Most of these ships transport goods further into Europe across the rivers.
The growing demands of international transport led to larger ships, which in turn required larger ports and deeper water. To increase its port capacity, Rotterdam needed more deep water and a solid infrastructure to support these new ports. Along the banks of the Maas, the Europoort ('Euro gate') complex developed.

The Port of Rotterdam

- Wilhelmina pier:
There is the Cruise Terminal of Rotterdam. Its in the city next to the Erasmusbrug. Recently the Queen Mary 2 the largest cruise ship in the world was there.

- Rijnhaven, Maashaven:
Are small parking area's for small container ships that transport cargo into Europe. They wait there until they can go to a Terminal and load there cargo. In Maashaven there is a Cornflakes factory.

- Waalhaven:
That is where the small container ships go to unload/load there cargo.

- Botlek:
That is a large area where Shell, BP, Texaco, enz enz... Are located.

- Eerste Maasvlakte:
That is the area where the big ocean monsters can unload there containers. There are many large container terminals.

- Tweede Maasvlakte:
Simulair like the Eerste Maasvlakte only its land and nature. In a few years they are going to build new and bigger container terminals than the Eerste Maasvlakte.

For Sim City 4 it will I think help almost your entire city to find a job....!!

It will stand at 1,776 feet, and will contain wind turbines. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could create a BAT of this.

This is the new ING Headquarters. I just think this is one of the funkier buildings ever created. It looks like a wooden shoe or bullet train. It is located in The Netherlands. Not sure where though. Maybe someone who is tired of the same old BATS would like to give this one a try.
