my city is getting an outlet mall this year; so i naturally want one for sc4

details:

reward/ploppable with jobs about (sim city wise) 300 to 500 -sound good?

available when there are 250,000 people in the region

3 connected cities

low pollution

minimum 100,000 people in two of the connected cities

effects-medium wealth population gets some "stability*" because of the savings and frugal educated buyers

increase to business such as service type industries C$$ and C$$$

*whereas a normally dramatic decrease in R$$ would drop the demand this reward would negate that

pretty new so excuse me please if i'm being unrealistic or unreasonable in the aspects of the incentives or requirements

Here is a request I KNOW someone hasn't BATted and in my opinion would look just the ticket in possibly a more low-to-medium-wealth industrial orientated city; although it would look good in any city I suppose, given the right setting. It is called Lowe house Catholic Church, here's some history:

St Mary's Lowe House has been dubbed "The Basilica of St Helens" and "The Poor Man's Cathedral". These titles are very apt considering the current church was built using money collected from the working class people during the depression.

The current church design has been described as 'free Romanesque', that is, Romanesque fused with such Gothic features as the rib vaulting of the nave, aisles and transepts, the flying buttresses and octagonal crossing tower with castellations. The dome is a Renaissance embellishment and is somewhat controversial. The renowned architectural historian, Nicolaus Pevsner, commented "It would have been better if the dome had never been built". Be that as it may, the tower and dome of St Mary's Lowe House continue to dominate the skyline of St Helens.

The impressive dome rises from an equally impressive castellated octagonal tower above the meeting point of the nave, sanctuary and transepts. The copper cross surmounting the dome is 16 feet high. It was given by the wife and daughter of Mr James Yearsley. (Mr Yearsley, with the help of unemployed miners, had laid the foundations of the church before it was taken over by the builders. Three builders of the parish, CJ Middlehurst, J Yearsley and A Forbes formed themselves into a company for the construction of the church.

It is St Mary's Lowe House in St. Helens, Merseyside, United Kingdom. I would at least try and do it myself but my gmax has stopped working and I wasn't a very good BATter anyways. Sorry if it's a bit much but I would like someone to tell me if they have chosen to build this for me and the community and some cool nightlighting and some beautifully stained glass windows too would be brilliant with the lot hint hint!!!

This is my first post ever asking for a BAT. In a few years, a new 40 million Hotel and Entertainment Complex will be completed called Canad Inns in Grand Forks, ND. Canad Inns is a hotel chain in Winnipeg, MB. It has started construction last month in March and has a long way to go but will definetely be the best hotel in North Dakota. I am simply asking for a creation of this new Hotel and Entertainment Complex being built next to the Alerus Center for myself and others on ST. I have several links to pictures and a 3 dimensional artist rendering of the new Hotel and Entertainment Complex.

I work in a UPS hub/warehouse.

I would like to see a UPS Hub made for my industry parks. All it really is is a T-Shape warehouse with Trucks all around it. + the UPS sign. Maybe a couple streets for the trucks to go in and out of the truck yards.

I was wondering if anyone could create a mod that would allow avenues to have connections to highways (the same way single streets do). There is nothing that allows access to a highway from an avenue. You can only access a highway from an avenue when you connect them end to end, but when you try to criss-cross them, it just goes over or under... no onramp.
