Thanks, Snotfist. Coming from a person in your profession, that means a lot.

Not sure if you've gone digital or not, (a lot of the photographers I know haven't yet) but therin lies the beauty of Photoshop! All of us hacks can produce a few things that are at least passible.

Nothing makes up for having "the eye", though. Posed pictures are one thing, having the talent to actually capture life as it happens is another.

Good luck in your career!

I have found the wonders behind the beauty behind the digital dark room (looking for the faster 12" PB though) and at this point if I never stepped inside of a darkroom again I wouldn't cry, those stinky things. I'm glad I know how to do so though.

I'm in the process of getting the Canon 10d to do all my work. The trend is you need to go digital if you want to make money in photography. I hope to work in photo journalism or something like that so digital all the way (which brings me back to the 12" PB loading with 1.25 gig of RAM).

I posted a picture of me and my Simtropolis T-shirt over in the Support Simtropolis forum.

We can inspire others through witness so that one grows together in communicating. But the worst thing of all is religious proselytism, which paralyzes: “I am talking with you in order to persuade you.” No. Each person dialogues, starting with his and her own identity. The church grows by attraction, not proselytizing.    - Pope Francis

It should be a place where each individual's dignity and self-respect is strengthened by the respect and affection of his neighbors. It should be a place where each of us can find the satisfaction and warmth which comes from being a member of the community of man. This is what man sought at the dawn of civilization. It is what we seek today.”

Horrorkid64, you look like one of those Jedi people from Star Wars.

Check out the blog I made to document some of the real-life references Maxis used for their SimCity buildings...
