How are you posting here if you don't have internet?  Burn the picture to a disc and put it on the computer you're using to post, or use the school or library's computers.

There is a company called Orion OnPoint the specialises in aerial imagery. Thunder Bay has their interactive map, and I tihnk SFmetro does too. So does LA, Toronto, and other major cities. It's pretty neat.

 

Though it looks like Keyhole... you need internet for that to work
