Im not setting a release date since this is together with the rest of the upcoming T3 Package that will be released seperatly will be the most detaild that ive ever done so im in on unkown ground.

Actually, most of the BATing is still to be done, so its not even 50% yet. All the details and final texture tweekings are left, aswell as ingame testrenders and such. after that and only then can modding start on the building, this however is not done by me but by Swamper77. Then comes testing to make sure everything is correct, then we should se a puplic release ^^

People want what they want and they always seem to want it now. There used to be an old saying that seems to have somehow been misplaced or just lost. "Patience is a Virtue". Besides that, projects like the HSRP take a tremedous amount of time both in figuring out how to get things to work (often very complicated) and then making all the required modding changes (often very tedious and time consuming). And then of course there's the BATting component of the project which is always time consuming (particularly if you want quality like what's being done in this project).

So ... for those who want it now ... (are we there yet ... are we there yet... etc. etc.) either help or learn to be patient. And if patience is hard for you ... here's something that might help while you're waiting:

And for those working on the project ... accolades for the great work already done (very impressive) and buckets of encouragement for the work still left to do.

uuuuhhh, sorry for being considered as "unpatient"..no rush, and i have no intention of pushing or anything.. so huge apologize for the HSR team, i'll be more patient and wait for the development.. i know it's hard and takes time to make a brilliant project like this.. so, again, sorry guys..

where can i download the high speed rail, because i would like to be a beta tester, i have sim city 4 dexluxe and about 100 mods and over 300 lots that i have made and downloaded

Are you sure that you have all the files and that the mod loads after the NAM?

Mightygoose,

You need to remove the Japanese train mod that you have (I forget its name). It is conflicting with the HSRP mod. The HSRP also has changed the RUL file for the Monorail network, which is why the pieces look odd with that Japanese train mod installed. After you remove that mod, it should look like the HSRP tracks that have been seen in this thread.

It is. I think they're at bug-fixing, making it completely NAM compatible, and making more stations.

Is it possible for the next version to have the train in a seperate .DAT file?

Just a suggestion, because it'll allow us skinners to replace the train much more easily. (I do for example want to convert a train of somebody else's I've downloaded to an HSRP train for personal use (NB, it wouldn't get released), though I'd be capable of new skins if handed a model.

It's a royal pain to find the files in the hsrp.DAT file, 'tis all...

Great work! Your idea is very prototype.

The only thing I can't understand (because I'm new here) is why new transportation mods can't be made, or why we must replace the monorail (which is my basic transportation tool) and finally why we can't make those lots dragable.

Anyway, keep it up!

Thanks fo making this incredible mod, I love it!!

I would like to point out a bug. Maybe you guys are already aware of this but I noticed the bridge supports are "flying" if the bridge its build too high up.

I have a request. Would it be posible to release the futuristic tunnel as HSRP->Subway->HSRP. I know the speed will change and its not very realistic, but it would give us some more options 3.gif and that tunnel would look great in some areas 48.gif
