Sloppet: I think you should scroll down a little, because sometimes there can be a blue area at the top of the page with nothing there.

I'll have pancakes, eggs, bacon, hash browns, and a 2-liter container of water! I need the water because I have had the flu since this past Thursday.

@Leech10: Oh. I thought that lettering was a title. I am monocular and have no 3D vision. 2.gif

@MsD: Welcome back. Where is your squirrel avatar?? We can do without the F, by the way. Glass of white wine served wine.gif

@hym: Cool it. Why all the aggessive tendencies?

@Fairlane500: Relationship? Don't push it. Create a friendship first.

@djrules5454_simtropolisedition: breakfast served as specified The water contains our latest anti-virus nanos. Should fix you up. Get well soon.

Friendship? Already come, she has been one of my best friends over the last year. In fact, I was extremely close to asking her to the same dance last year. Actually she is also the person I'm most open with, and by far the person I have the longest conversations with online.

I haven't been working on the Moose Factory for Sunday and Monday. However, I did some work on it today.

I might modify the one wall near the stairwell.

Oh, and fix the messed up texture on the floor near that wall. Arg!

    I'll have some fishsticks.

That has a nice, clean and contemporary look to it. Justanothersim86, you're doing a great job.

Hello MsD! It's been a while since you last visited I think. I hope you are doing very well.

You know, I want to try an experiment. I want to see in three hours how many people will join ST, and then how many will join when the STEX is up and running once again. Does anyone find that to be just a little bit shallow? I mean, people don't even come here to talk or do anything except download other people's creations and, from what I've noticed, berate them as they see fit. I think it's sad in a way, because that means that there are a huge number of lurkers who are prob'bly throwing fits because their source for downlaoding SC4 content has been temporarily removed. I hope there isn't anyone posting in the forums with that kind of attitude.

I'm up for some wild rice stir-fry, easy on the soy and snow peas if possible. My first college acceptance letter just came in the mail.

@ NOBody: It isn't aggressive tendencies in this case.  I happened to think of an old John Wayne line and it brought back some funny memories so I just added that to my post.

Just out of curiousity, would brought you to think that I had an aggressive nature?  I'm not upset or anything of the sort, just curious because I've never really had anyone say that to me before.

    Hi folks,

You know, it really is nice to have a programmable editor. I now have the ST BBS coding loaded into my HTML editor on a toolbar. Took a bit of fooling around, since I really haven't done any programming for about three years. However, it is all working. Has anyone heard anything from Fred_Ginger lately? She seems to have disappeared.

@MsD: Deb, it is good to see your nice little squirrel is back. To make a smilie here, leave out the hyphen. 4.gif I am sorry, I have fogotten what course you are taking. Post-secondary stuff can be fast paced, especially with a large class. However, I always had office hours as a teacher in which I could help people who got into a hang up of some kind. Doesn't your instructor have office hours? Even when I taught at night, I arranged some access.

    @Fairlane500: Sorry, I didn't realize that. Anyway, remember if you are not careful you will fall into the four L's of a failed relationship. {Like, Lust, Love(?), and Loathing}

@justanothersim86: Wow! Great progress. I assume you are going to have curtain walls. I am glad you didn't fall into the Bauhaus style. Looks like it is going to be an interesting place. Don't forget the (fenced) sandbox for the zukes and the KK dragon. Needs a nice big pond. All this will go on the lot, of course. Your fishstix are on the house. Served with fries and freshly sliced tomato. Condiments are on the bar. There is tartar sauce, malt vinegar and some fine salt.

@brancra: Stir fry wild rice served with sliced water chestnut, slivered bamboo shoot, feathered ginger, light soy sauce. Stir fry prawns in lemon on the side. Congratulations on your acceptance. Where?

@beebs: School isn't fun? Why not? School should be one of the finest experiences of your life. You start your personal network there, and learn good things while doing it. If you are not having fun, what is wrong?

@hym: You need some kind of quote when you are acting. Slamming fists on tables without warning or a visual is kind of aggressive, wouldn't you say? One of the real limitations we have here, is we can't see each other when talking. It is good, because we learn to be more concise and should improve our written communication skills.

@NOBody:  Good point.  It has been my understanding that the asterisk (*) denotes action but I guess it would be better to actually say that I'm acting or whatever.  Anyway, no more text-violent (I'm not sure that's the best way to put it but it's all I can think of quickly) outbursts.

School can be fun. Sometimes. For me, not often. I don't have any friends at school. 15.gif(

@N_O_Body: Yes, I have noticed that Fred isn't posting quite as often.

@MsD: As I recall, you said you were female a while back... In a thread far, far away... OK, overused joke, I know. Sorry. |(

    Hello, All. Vandy here!

To all of the ladies that frequent The Moose Factory, I give you wine.gifwine.gifwine.gif and rose.gifrose.gifrose.gif

To all of the men that frequent The Moose Factory, I give you beer.gifbeer.gifbeer.gif

To our wonderful host, N_O_Body, I offer my 36.giffelt thanks for a wonderful place to visit as well as place to listen to musicnote.gif, to unwind after a hard day at work as well as THE place to get down and 39.gifhearty!

This is my first visit to The Moose Factory and I am quite glad to have found this great establishment. After reading through the various posts in this thread, I'm quite surprised that all of the wine.gif and beer.gif haven't loosened folk's 3.gif3.gif up more than they have.

This is truly a 10.gif place to be and I give it a two 44.gif44.gif.

Okay, enough of the emoticons already! 2.gif

Seriously, though, I'm really glad that N_O_Body invited me to visit and can see that this is really quite a hopping (dare I do it? Yeah, why not -- bunny.gifbunny.gif ) place.

Lest anyone get the wrong impression of me, I am really quite a serious-minded guy -- 55 years old and a grandfather -- who quite simply enjoys life and living it. I may be a bit "giddy" one moment and be able to dispense sage advice the next. Ya just never know (let alone myself! 4.gif )

I look forward to chatting with y'all and exchanging life's plesantries with each and every one of you.

(HEY, FAIRLANE 500 -- That is a great nose-on shot of a P-3 in your avatar!)

I trust everyone will have a sun.gifsun.gif day and may God have his 12.gif12.gif12.gif to allow the sun.gif to 4.gif down upon y'all.

    Regards,

    Vandy

    Enjoy.

@Vandy: Hey there. We welcome grandfather-ish types here. In fact, I sometimes find you older ones better listeners than most of my friends. Thanks for the drinks, too. Well, I might have said that if I drank beer. I'm too young. Besides, I took an oath never to touch the stuff.

Just so you know, he prefers that you spell his username with no capitals. Also, he likes "vid" better. Just wanted to mention.

So... You enjoy life, eh? That's good. 4.gif

I have nothing else to say...

@MsD  MCSA=Microsoft Certified Security Administrator?  Just curious.  I'm planning on obtaining a MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer).  I'm really thinking about getting that just because, as I probably won't really use it in my ideal job: Integrated Curcuit Engineering (a field of computer engineering).  I do have to agree that it is aggrevating to be paying for a course and the teacher won't take the time to provide further explanation about something that you don't understand.

    The below is a test.

    Copy of meanddirk.jpg

    Success!!
