Cool - I love the color coding of active vs. inactive CJs. Might just need to borrow that idea, although Reader's Guide updates are on hold until we find what's happening to the CJ forum. Great work, as always, TMS! 9.gif

Great Stuff! Love the list as always TMS!

And Green Depra has made a small drop from a score of 911 to 884, I guess thats probably from a sharp rise in replies, but a slow increase in views.

All well, I'm still very happy with the position of 17! Woot! 39.gif

I like this system lots. Thanks for continuing work on it Thatmonkeysim! Interesting to note that only about 30 of the top 100 cj's are active.

Well, although I disagree with your methods, it is fairly interesting to see Armalis up there... That's kinda cool, I guess.

I may not have done this right, but my currently active CJ got about a 550 on your rating system on page one.

i noticed that too... im hoping thats because of the updates of ST and where ST was down for 2 a week and a halk and how people are having troubles posting images... but if thats not it and most of those CJs are dead i might just make another list with just Active CJs and then the dead ones...

Maybe you will make a special web site for your rating?

TMS, yeah, I think that would actually be a smart thing to do.  You can have, the highest rated classic CJs list, and the Current Highest list!  I think that would be cool, keep things fresh, and the top 100 would be more interesting and change around more!  You could have a limit of say an update by the author in the last three weeks or something.48.gif

Anyway, you're doing a great job with this.  Cheers mate! 44.gif

Waouh ! You must have put a lot of time into it... And I'm very proud having 3 CJ's in the TOP100 (I count Istrinia as a CJ of mine since I participate to it, though it's a teamwork). However I agree with Chocolatemax about the two different rankings, one for "good ol' times" and one for "brand new CJ's". As far as I'm concerned, his Green Depra or Aleking's Eye Candy have been (or are) a great source of inspiration, much more than most of the CJs that take the best rankings in your rate (including my very old "rebuilding France" (which is completely dead by the way - no more pics)...

Anyway, congratulations for the great job you've made !!!!

I dont think that it is a bad thing that some of the older CJ's that are no longer update are still high up on the list.... Yes some newer journals have a fast rate of "climb" (visitors/replies) then say Digby...but you have to remember that

    A) those journas reached those levels when far fewer people were here

    B) the Modding section was far more popular and therefor not as much attention was payed to the journals

    C) last but I think is the most important...those journals set the stage for what you see now. They are the gold standard by which journals today are judged. They introduced us to the posibilitys of what this section could do.....

Oh no its not...you have a top notch journal. And impresive presitation....I will see you nocking at my spot before too long...
