Hi, have you had a chance to read the pdf user manual? It is included in the download with the program, and it includes a step-by-step guide with pictures explaining close to what you want to do. After you follow the manual to make a growable lot with the same dimensions, open pclark's original lot and copy/paste all of the props and textures from their lot to your new blank one.

Looking for a prop or texture? The SC4 Prop & Texture Catalog might help! View online here.

I've read the manual, main thing is idk how to "open pclark's original lot and copy/paste all of the props and textures from their lot to your new blank one."

So, the first thing to verify is when you open PIMX that you select the folder that contains pclark's original lots. Click on Descriptors > All in the tree, and scroll until you find pclark's lot (you can click on the headers in the file view to sort, which may make finding things a little quicker). Click on the lot which will start with PLOP_, select all of the Props and Textures (not the building), and copy. Open your new lot, select all the textures there and delete them. Then paste. PIMX automatically adds a base texture to blank lots, which we don't want because we're duplicating an existing lot.
