Modifying Multiple Exemplars?

Looking if there is easier way to edit multiple exemplars at once rather than each individually using SC4PIM or Reader.   I use Residential Halver, Commerical Doubler and Industrial Quadrupler and I was hoping to modify some of the building packs that SC4PAC allows you to easily install to match the appropriate filling degree (0.1/0.2) to compliment those mods to vanilla buildings.

No, I really don't think there's any good way outside of PIMX - that's the way I'd recommend and it's really pretty quick once you get the hang of the process. Theoretically if you're capable on the programming side you could use csDBPF (or some other DBPF library) to batch edit the .dat files on your own, but you'd need to implement the filling degree calculations yourself and all the other properties it updates as that's not a feature any of them implement out of the box AFAIK.
