LA Terrain

Hello wonderful people,

Ive never gotten as far west as LA.  Been to Vegas!  I image the landscape in Southern California is different.  Im also guessing its different in the summer than the winter.  I was wondering what Terrain Mods people out there would say is the most accurate.  I looked through Corie's terrain shoppe and there are so many that are close to what I imagine id say. The one I have now is just too bright green and cartoony looking.

For trees im using Girraffe.  Although I think that's running on a seasonal mod.  Idk

Anyway... yeah leave your suggestions on the TERRAIN! We can go into the trees later.

There are several mods but with DLL Extended Terrain you can combine multiple terrain mods and have a terrain more like California - Nevada.

I am developing a similar mod but it takes some time

Thanks.  I'm taking a break from combining mods.  Sometimes I end up spending more time on that than actually playing the game.

When will yours be ready? 

Have you made any that could pass for SoCal?

If not which ones would you reccomend?

I don't know yet because DLL Extended Terrain is undergoing a change so you have to fix the dependencies first and then release the mod

I have not created any mods but I personally recommend CPT Italia, CPT Painted Desert, NHP San Faraway,HBS Californian and LBT Bajio
