SC2013 buildings modeled / ported over to SimCity 4 / Cities: Skylines

To my knowledge, while some people still play this game, it's more or less dead in the water compared to SimCity 4 and the Cities: Skylines series. A lot of longtime citysim players still don't seem to regard it very highly.

Regardless of what one thinks of the game, it does still have some good-looking and interesting buildings. I want to assemble a list of mods in this thread for SC4/C:S that port over buildings from SC2013, if that's okay with you folks. Maybe this will encourage peeps to model/port over more buildings too.

The only ports of SC2013 buildings I'm aware of right now are these three for Cities: Skylines, all by ELVIS0539:

* The university

* The clinic

* And the fire station, which unfortunately isn't scaled correctly

I plan to post more in this thread as I become aware of them, and hopefully other people post them (or even make them) as well.

While I would really love to see the buildings from SC 2013 in SC4, porting over buildings from one game to another violates the terms of service of the SimCity's (2013) EULA.

Since SimCity 2013 requires you to use Origin/EA App and have an account, anyone who does this without permission risks having their account deleted or blocked. If you read the EULA (which is found in ./SimCity/Support/eula/xx_XX_eula.rtf where xx is the language and XX is the country).

Most of the reused assets were only released with permission and even for the SimCity 4 Maxis files, Simtropolis only provides the downloads under these terms:

All official files remain the intellectual property of Maxis / Electronic Arts (EA). They have been made available for the benefit of the SimCity 4 community, following the closure of the official SC4 website (SimCity.ea.com) where these files were originally hosted. By downloading, you hereby agree to the terms set forth in the Maxis End User License Agreement (EULA).

This site is not endorsed by or affiliated with Electronic Arts, or its licensors. Trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Game content and materials copyright Electronic Arts Inc. and its licensors. All Rights Reserved.

If someone were to get permission from someone at EA first (similar to with SimCity 4), then it would be possible. This issue of permission combined with the relative unpopularity of the game are the probably the reason that few of the building assets have been "ported over".
