SimGoober lots and install failure on W11

I had a lot of trouble getting SimGoober's old lots to install, Windows 11 apparently doesn't support the old version used for the installer. I finally tracked down a potential fix, it doesn't tell you anywhere that it's Defender that won't allow a directory to be created. I looked in Virus & Threat Protection > Protection History and had to allow each individual DL through manually. I hope this pans out for others going forward, because there's no indication of the problem.

I'll add, we are working through SimGoober's collection of content that was on the LEX, preparing it for repackaging over at SC4Evermore.  The resultant repackage should solve this issue, since we've ditched all the ClickTeam installers (and even before the LEX's collapse, @Tyberius06 had started killing the ClickTeam installers for our Project ZIP effort).  It's not surprising that they're posing this issue, especially given some of the sloppy "reputation-based" heuristics that many antivirus utilities use nowadays (which will often flag things simply because they don't come from large commercial software companies).
