Hello! I'm happy now with my new city; tbh I had some serious problems with heavy earthquakes and other disasters while building ''Pearl''; some areas were so destroyed again and again that I decided to fill some of the space with beautiful parks. I started with European buildings style, but... I prefer the Asian buildings, they seem more diverse and look more beautiful to me. Again it's a pretty dense city: 1.200.000+ inhabitants.

Had some serious issues at the start with polution and debt (Hard difficulty setting, with loan and 1900 year as starting date) and the city was growing a little slow, but ofc when I got the SpacePort, it was a boom... The RCI demand kept being a little low for this city, but it's ok, balanced... Had no 'Great Recession' this time.
