A DIY dump.  Located in a declining neighborhood in the City of Dorsey.  The borough began seizing condemned buildings from absentee landlords and tearing them down, but this only created opportunities for illegal dumping to flourish on these now vacant lots.

Now this is a really creative way to create run-down neighborhoods which stay run-down and thus avoid gentrification!

Just a quick mod edit: Thanks!  It's not so much the size, it is the fact that the site doesn't pull images from third party sites for the display features. It only pulls from the server. If you upload it to the site, you don't need to link to an off-site host service.  - CaptCity
