Help with installing NYBT buildings

im new to downloading buildings and im lost because the NYBT buildings by Darknono35 are on such a long file path, that it confuses me how do i put them in my game folders?

Take the folder darknono35 from the download(DL) and drop that into your Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins folder. This will start a folder for their downloads. You can do this for all of their content and it will combine into the same folder, darknono35. Be sure to go inside the folder and remove any text files(Readme's) and pictures. Remove by deleting or store anywhere outside of the Plugins folder. You don't want to leave any of those files inside the Plugins folder, it will slow down the game load time.
