NAM 41 - Issue with Maxis Highway Override

After seeing the compact version of the cloverleaf RHW, I went ahead and try it out, but when trying to place the last two interchanges to complete the cloverleaf, I get this error.

Any guess what happened to this one?

Not a Clue... but was the Ground 100% even?

    Someone has pointed out that the ground has to be 100% even, so I gave it a shot and it finally worked as intended.

    (A bit of a pain but it worked)

    BTW, it's actually possible to drag out the ramp interfaces--a feature added in NAM 37.  The draggable version tends to be able to interact more with the terrain.  Here's a video of that functionality while it was in development:
